Ayurveda and qualifications

Ayurveda is one of my areas of training and continuing education as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist. I completed my training and continuing education in the Sivananda tradition, of which Yoga Vidya is also a part. I continue to undertake regular training related to my professional areas of focus.
